Food took long. Also it was a takeaway but no serviettes or cutlery provided even though I ordered chips and a salad

Carrot Juice had no Carrots, Ginger or Lime, didn'tlook anythinglike the picture. Just Water, too much ice and a yellow colouring. Food was great though

The other art cafés have a friendly atmosphere. I can stay for long with my coffee. They're subtle and unobtrusive. Here was ok too.

Some of the sockets are not working and I needed to use my laptop. Otherwise the service was ok. Would have preferred more enthusiasm from the waiter but I understand since it was late in the evening

I was greeted well and directed to the paypoint. In the process of paying via mpesa, which takes a few seconds, the cashier kept repeating the amount needed, and i felt that she was very impatient, and i let her know, in addition to asking her why she was in such a rush. She did not apologize . After payment, she again directed me to a separate collection point, i declined and requested that she brings my takeaway coffee

Cashier is un attentive - didn't ring up a 3rd of what was put in front of her. Anyway just left the items she did ring up in the first place - ill purchase it elsewhere. Service in general is mediocre!

There’s a burst or overflowing sewer which is a health issue

No steaks today

We ordered 2 coffees, 1 piece of cake, 1 bottle of water at 1045am, didn't arrive until 11am. Not busy many tables empty, other waitress served someone with a meal who arrived after us!

Slow day today

Took too long to serve me. The cashier did not seem to know what she was doing and they got my order wrong and I had to go back
